for typical puerto rican and american food i choose this restaurant to be one of the best among others. i highly recommended

Checked this place out the other day. Had the arroz con carne guisada (rice & beans with beef stew)The food was delicious. Place is cozy with some seating in the back. My only issue is that there was no one asking me if I wanted water, a drink or anything else for that matter but overall I would recommend this place.
